房子很大，所以我們把光放在家具上。

白沙發、米色長榻、白毛地毯——暗房間裡唯一亮的東西，也是告訴你該坐哪裡的東西。

空間大到讓人不知所措時，要有一處淺色把人接住。

The house is large, so we put the light into the furniture.

Floors, ceilings and joinery are all dark; the stone walls run in horizontal bands, course on course.

A white sofa, a cream daybed, a long-haired rug — the only bright things in a dark room, and the ones that tell you where to sit.

When a room is big enough to leave you stranded, something pale has to catch you.
