安靜不是沒有聲音，是沒有雜音。

窗沿著整面牆走，紗簾把光濾成一片薄霧。天花壓上深色木條，整個房間才不會飄起來。

牆、沙發、地毯都調成同一個灰階。只有一張藍紫色的椅子、一件紅色雕塑敢出聲。

顏色少，每一個顏色才聽得見。

Quiet is not the absence of sound. It is the absence of noise.

Windows run the whole wall; sheer curtains strain the daylight into a thin mist. A dark slatted ceiling presses down, or the room would float away.

Walls, sofas, rug — all tuned to the same grey. Only one violet chair and one red figure are allowed to speak.

Use few colours, and you can finally hear each one.
